On the afternoon of April 17, 2021, our team consultant Mr. Cheng came to our company to give us a lesson. Today's topic is about cohesion and leadership.
Our team is growing, and we're getting closer to each other. In order to do the product well, and the company well, each of us need tacit understanding to coordinate all aspects of the work.
Teacher Cheng said that it is inevitable to encounter problems at work, and it is normal to do wrong things carelessly, but we need to have the right way to deal with these mistakes. We should not directly blame each other, and we should not quarrel, which does not help solve the problem. We should communicate privately, discuss these problems calmly, actively look for solutions, and correct our mistakes in time, not repeat one's mistakes.
As a team, we should work together, love each other, treat everyone as family, and give each other enough respect and tolerance. A good relationship between teams is important.
