May 25, 2021 ERP System Operation Training
Recently, our company is planning to build an ERP system（Enterprise Resource Planning）. Yesterday, we held a project launch conference.
Our previous management style was too traditional to adapt to the current development of the company. In the past two years, our company has gradually expanded its scale, the number of customers has been growing, the number of orders has been increasing rapidly, and the transaction amount is getting bigger and bigger. The work of various departments needs to be well coordinated and planned. Therefore, we hope to connect each link of the company in series through this ERP system, and lay the foundation for future production by establishing our own database.
This system is going to be a great helper for us, from customer information entry, order place, material scheduling, material purchase, material storage, production arrangement to finished product storage and delivery, each step can be recorded and implemented on the computer.
Our management is becoming more and more standardized and scientific, and we will be better and better.
